Su finalidad consiste en experimentar en primera persona la observación de situaciones de desigualdad y pobreza en las que sobreviven otros seres humanos. Se trata de un negocio cada vez más rentable y que proporciona altos beneficios para quienes se aprovechan de estas realidades. El presente trabajo describe y analiza este fenómeno y sus orígenes, y explicar su impacto en las zonas a las que afecta, ilustrándolo con algunos casos reales y, por último, trata de comprender, a través de una encuesta, el nivel de conocimiento de esta realidad turística y las motivaciones existentes detrás de este tipo de turismo.; The exploration of depressed areas with insufficient levels of development in large cities or rural areas of the global south has become an activity in high demand within the tourism sector by citizens from developed countries. Its purpose is to experience first-hand the observation of situations of inequality and poverty in which other human beings survive. It is an increasingly profitable business that provides high benefits for those who take advantage of these realities. This work aims to describe and analyze this phenomenon and its origins, as well as explain its impact on the areas it affects by illustrating it with some real cases and, finally, try to understand, through a survey, the level of knowledge of this tourist reality and the motivation behind this type of tourism. La industria turística en España se enfrenta a la necesidad de abordar la estacionalidad y la sobreexplotación de algunos destinos. El Territorio Salinas de San Pedro acoge anualmente a más de 300.000 visitantes. Esta presión turística compromete tanto la conservación del patrimonio como el bienestar de las comunidades locales y la calidad de la experiencia turística. En este contexto, la Carta Europea de Turismo Sostenible emerge como una oportunidad para desarrollar una estrategia turística sostenible y participativa. Este Trabajo de Fin De Grado analizará el estado actual de esta certificación a nivel nacional y evaluará su implementación en este Territorio. Para ello se realizarán encuestas tanto a las empresas españolas ya adheridas como a los distintos actores implicados en la industria turística del Territorio.; Sustainable tourism represents a holistic approach to managing any form of tourism in a way that ensures its economic, environmental and social viability. The tourism industry in Spain faces the need to address seasonality and the overexploitation of some destinations. The Territorio Salinas de San Pedro welcomes more than 300,000 visitors annually. This tourism pressure compromises both heritage conservation and the well-being of local communities and the quality of the tourism experience. In this context, the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism emerges as an opportunity to develop a sustainable and participatory tourism strategy. This Final Degree Project will analyse the current status of this certification at national level and evaluate its implementation in this Territory. To this end, surveys will be carried out both with Spanish companies that are already members and with the different actors involved in the tourism industry in the Territory. https://hdl.handle.net/10259/10498 https://hdl.handle.net/10259/4513 Planificación y diseño de rutas turísticas a través de un SIG: Aguilar de Campoo, arte y naturaleza en la montaña palentina Bueno Álvarez, Laura Este trabajo consiste en la elaboración de 4 rutas turísticas en el pueblo de Aguilar de Campóo, a través de un Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG). Para ello, previamente se necesita realizar un análisis del territorio en cuestión. Primero ubicarlo geográficamente y luego conocer como es su medio natural, historia, población y sus principales actividades económicas. Después se realiza un análisis del turista que visita este pueblo y una clasificación de los recursos y servicios turísticos con los que cuen-ta. Una vez se han identificado y analizado las principales rutas turísticas ofrecidas desde la oficina de turismo, he procedido a la creación de 4 recorridos turísticos. Finalmente he generado un Story map para poder visualizar y seguir cada recorrido. Además de la creación de un código QR para acceder directamente al Story map desde cualquier dispositivo móvil. En definitiva este trabajo demuestra que Aguilar de Campóo es un territorio con grandes posibilidades tanto a nivel turístico como económico.; This project consists in creating four touristic routes placed in Aguilar de Campóo, which are based on a Geographic Information System (SIG). For that purpose, it is necessary beforehand to do a territory analysis. The first step is locating geographically this villa and then knowing how its natural environ-ment, history, population and main economic activities are. Later, it is required to do a touristic study of who visit Aguilar along with a classification of the resources and tourism services that are available in this town. Once these main routes, offered by the tourism office, have been analysed and identified, I have gone ahead to make four different sightseeing tours. Finally, I have created a story map in order to view and follow each route. In addition I have elaborated a QR code to access directly by any mobile device. To sum up, this project shows that Aguilar de Campóo is an area with great possibilities in both touristic and economical levels. https://hdl.handle.net/10259/4513
