Las empresas de prefabricados fabrican grandes volúmenes de hormigón aplicado a piezas de grandes
prestaciones y calidad, pero también se producen rechazos de piezas, restos de amasadas cuya
reutilización mediante trituración permite obtener un árido de muy buena calidad que puede ser
incorporado a los hormigones que conforman la piezas prefabricadas.
Se caracteriza el RAC y se parte de las dosificaciones que utiliza la empresa de prefabricados (hormigón
de control HR45 0%) un nuevo hormigón con árido reciclado de resistencia HR-45-100% sustituyendo
el árido natural por un 100% de RAC.
En el laboratorio se realizan ensayos de determinación de sus propiedades mecánicas, para
posteriormente, en una siguiente fase, ensayar sus propiedades frente a la durabilidad.
El análisis se completa con la comprobación a nivel industrial, en la propia factoría, de los aspectos antes
descritos. Se elaboran elementos lineales de sección 15x25 y longitud 1.50 m. elaboradas con los
hormigones objeto del presente estudio y comprobando su comportamiento a flexión, cortante y
deformación diferida. Los resultados del nuevo hormigón con RAC son satisfactorios comparados con
el hormigón de control, lo cual supone un ejemplo de sostenibilidad extensible para el sector de
prefabricación.
Prefabricated companies manufacture large volumes of concrete applied to pieces of high
performance and quality, but there are also rejections of pieces, remnants of kneaded whose reuse by
crushing allows obtaining a very good quality aggregate that can be incorporated into the concretes that
make up the prefabricated parts.
The RAC is characterized and part of the dosages used by the prefabricated company (control
concrete HR45 0%) a new concrete with recycled aggregate of resistance HR-45-100% replacing the
natural aggregate with a 100% RAC.
In the laboratory tests are carried out to determine its mechanical properties, and then, in a next
phase, test its properties against durability.
The analysis is completed with the verification at the industrial level, in the factory itself, of the
aspects described above. Linear elements of section 15x25 and length 1.50 m are made. made with the
concrete object of the present study and checking its behavior to bending, cutting and deferred deformation. The results of the new concrete with RAC are satisfactory compared to the control
concrete, which is an example of extensible sustainability for the prefabrication sector.
