<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">El objetivo es relacionar creencias educativas del profesorado con características de&#xd;
personalidad emprendedora y comportamientos docentes, teniendo en cuenta género&#xd;
y años de experiencia. El marco conceptual se relaciona con eficacia y emprendimiento&#xd;
incluyendo tipologías y modelos de análisis de la situación educativa. Diseño transversal&#xd;
con metodología cuantitativa y estudio descriptivo, inferencial y correlacional. La&#xd;
muestra son 640 docentes (31.9% H y 68.1% M). Los instrumentos son el Cuestionario&#xd;
de Personalidad Eficaz (CPE) y el Cuestionario de Creencias del Profesorado (CPP)). Los&#xd;
resultados indican que las medias de las mujeres son superiores a la de los hombres,&#xd;
pero no son significativas; igualmente no son significativas en función de la experiencia.&#xd;
En creencias, existen relaciones significativas entre creencia Humanista con Demandas,&#xd;
Retos y Relaciones del Yo. En género las medias de los hombres son superiores en&#xd;
creencias Tradicionales. En relación con los años de experiencia docente en estas&#xd;
diferencias no son significativas.</dim:field>
<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="en">The aim is to relate teachers' educational beliefs with entrepreneurial personality&#xd;
characteristics and teaching behaviours, taking into account gender and years of&#xd;
experience. The conceptual framework is related to effectiveness and entrepreneurship,&#xd;
including typologies and models of analysis of the educational situation. Cross-sectional&#xd;
design with quantitative methodology and descriptive, inferential and correlational&#xd;
study. The sample consisted of 640 teachers (31.9% F and 68.1% M). The instruments&#xd;
used were the Efficacy Personality Questionnaire (EPC) and the Teacher Belief&#xd;
Questionnaire (TQQ). The results indicate that women's means are higher than men's,&#xd;
but are not significant; they are also not significant as a function of experience. In beliefs,&#xd;
there are significant relationships between Humanistic beliefs with Demands,&#xd;
Challenges and Self-Relationships. In gender, men's means are higher in Traditional&#xd;
beliefs. In relation to years of teaching experience, these differences are not significant.</dim:field>
