<field name="value">La educación enfrenta grandes retos como el fortalecer la alfabetización crítica entre los&#xd;
ciudadanos de sociedades cada vez más diversas y desiguales. Esta tesis analiza la&#xd;
disposición y formación docente para una adecuada gestión cultural y étnica en las aulas,&#xd;
promoviendo así una educación culturalmente receptiva (ECR) como propuesta políticopedagógica liberadora. A través de una revisión de literatura crítica, se plantea un enfoque&#xd;
basado en los Fondos de Conocimiento (FdC) e Identidad (FdI) y el trabajo desde terceros&#xd;
espacios educativos.&#xd;
La investigación compara España y Colombia mediante métodos mixtos, utilizando la&#xd;
escala Dispositions for Culturally Responsive Pedagogy Scale (DCRPS) y entrevistas a&#xd;
docentes. Se identifican variables como la praxis educativa, la comunidad, la justicia&#xd;
social y la co-construcción del conocimiento. Se hallaron diferencias según sexo, nivel&#xd;
educativo y especialidad docente. Se concluye que la ECR requiere formación continua&#xd;
y reinterpretación de espacios educativos fomentando la reflexión y el aprendizaje crítico.</field>

and training for effective cultural and ethnic management in classrooms, thus promoting&#xd;
Culturally Responsive Education (CRE) as a liberating political-pedagogical approach.&#xd;
Through a critical literature review, the study proposes a framework based on Funds of&#xd;
Knowledge (FoK) and Funds of Identity (FoI), incorporating third educational spaces.&#xd;
The research compares Spain and Colombia using mixed methods, applying the&#xd;
Dispositions for Culturally Responsive Pedagogy Scale (DCRPS) and conducting&#xd;
interviews with teachers. Key variables identified include educational praxis,&#xd;
community, social justice, and the co-construction of knowledge. Differences were&#xd;
found based on gender, educational level, and teaching specialization. The study&#xd;
concludes that CRE requires continuous teacher training and a reinterpretation of&#xd;
educational spaces to foster reflection and learning.</field>
