El centro de automatización está diseñado para trabajar con un solo panel a la vez, por lo que se diseñaran 2 utillajes independientes que tendrán que poder ser intercambiados por el cliente cuando así lo requiera su proceso productivo. La alimentación de los paneles será llevada a cabo por un brazo manipulador externo a nuestro centro. Una vez quede fijada al utillaje, se ejecutarán una serie de operaciones automatizadas ejecutadas por un brazo manipulador, la primera consiste en colocar unos clips en unas ranuras diseñadas para ello, y la segunda se encargará de fijar una tela de insonorización denominada como insono, al panel mediante ultrasonidos, a través de un sonotrodo situado en la propia mano del brazo manipulador. Para el diseño del utillaje también se tendrán en cuenta los diferentes sensores necesarios para el correcto desarrollo del ciclo y para detectar posibles fallos en las operaciones del autómata.
