La Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad de Burgos presenta este libro de ponencias, que reúne las contribuciones del III Congreso Nacional y II Congreso Internacional de Escuelas de Ingeniería de Edificación y Arquitectura Técnica de España – EdificATe 2025. Tras las exitosas ediciones celebradas en 2021en la Universitat Politècnica de València y en 2023en la Universidad de Granada, la Universidad de Burgos asumió la organización de EdificATe 2025, que tuvo lugar los días 13 y 14 de noviembre de 2025. Con esta edición, EdificATereafirmó su consolidación como un foro de referencia, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, para el intercambio de conocimiento entre las Escuelas de Ingeniería de Edificación y Arquitectura Técnica.EdificATe 2025se concibió como un espacio de encuentro y reflexión para profesionales, académicos y estudiantes, orientado a analizar los desafíos presentes y futuros de las titulaciones de Arquitectura Técnica e Ingeniería de Edificación. Las sesiones abordaron cuestiones clave relacionadas con la docencia, la formación, la gestión y la investigación, poniendo de relieve, en un contexto de cambio continuo, la necesidad de formar profesionales resilientes, con una sólida capacidad crítica y reflexiva. La relevancia de esta edición se refleja en la participación registrada, con un total de 62contribuciones técnicas procedentes de un amplio y diverso grupo de expertos, docentes e investigadores. Las comunicaciones recogidas en esta publicación evidencian el compromiso de la comunidad académica y profesional con la innovación, la mejora de las metodologías docentes activas y el desarrollo de competencias digitales, fortaleciendo la conexión entre la formación universitaria y la práctica profesional. Confiamos en que esta publicación constituya una herramienta de consulta útil y una fuente de inspiración para continuar impulsando la excelencia en el campo de la Edificación y la Arquitectura Técnica.
The Higher Polytechnic School of the University of Burgos presents this proceedings book, which brings together the contributions of the III National Congress and II International Congress of Building Engineering and Technical Architecture Schools of Spain – EdificATe 2025.Following the successful editions held in 2021at the Universitat Politècnica de València and in 2023at the University of Granada, the University of Burgos took on the organisation of EdificATe 2025, which took place on 13 and 14 November 2025. With this edition, EdificATe reaffirmed its consolidation as a leading forum, both nationally and internationally, for the exchange of knowledge between Schools of Building Engineering and Technical Architecture. EdificATe 2025 was conceived as a space for professionals, academics and students to meet and reflect, with a view to analysing the present and future challenges facing Technical Architecture and Building Engineering degrees. The sessions addressed key issues related to teaching, training, management and research, highlighting, in a context of continuous change, the need to train resilient professionals with strong critical and reflective skills.The relevance of this edition is reflected in the participation recorded, with a total of 62 technical contributions from a broad and diverse group of experts, teachers and researchers. The papers included in this publication demonstrate the commitment of the academic and professional community to innovation, the improvement of active teaching methodologies and the development of digital skills, strengthening the connection between university education and professional practice. We trust that this publication will serve as a useful reference tool and a source of inspiration to continue promoting excellence in the field of Building and Technical Architecture.
