El objetivo del estudio es evaluar las actitudes, conocimientos y conductas en materia de Educación Sexual del profesorado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, Bachillerato y Formación Profesional. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 135 docentes (59 varones y 76 mujeres) de una provincia española, con una edad entre 24 y 65 años (M = 44.10; DT = 9.69) y una experiencia docente entre 1 y 40 años (M = 15.20; DT = 10.94). Se envió un cuestionario en línea compuesto por cuatro escalas estandarizas sobre actitudes hacia la sexualidad y la diversidad sexual: ASI, ATSS, EANT y HATH. Los resultados revelaron diferencias significativas por género en la escala ASÍ (U = 1473.000, z = -3.422, p = .001) que indicaban que los profesores mostraron actitudes más sexistas que las profesoras. Además, se observó que aquellos docentes con mayor formación y una percepción de mayor competencia en Educación Sexual presentaban menores prejuicios sexuales hacia la identidad sexual de sus estudiantes. Estos hallazgos subrayan la importancia de abordar la formación en diversidades sexuales y de género en el ámbito educativo para promover la inclusión del alumnado LGTBIQ+ Training in sexual and gender diversity continues to be a pending subject in the educational field. The aim of the study was to evaluate the attitudes, knowledge, and behaviours of teachers of Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training regarding Sex Education. A descriptive correlational study was carried out. The sample consisted of 135 teachers (59 males and 76 females) from a Spanish province, aged between 24 and 65 years (M = 44.10; SD = 9.69) and teaching experience between 1 and 40 years (M = 15.20; SD = 10.94). An online questionnaire composed of four standardized scales on attitudes toward sexuality and sexual diversity was sent: ASI, ATSS, EANT and HATH. The results revealed significant differences by gender on the ASI scale (U = 1473.000, z = -3.422, p = .001) indicating that male teachers showed more sexist attitudes than female teachers. In addition, it was observed that those teachers with more training and a perception of higher competence in Sex Education presented lower sexual biases toward the sexual identity of their students.
