Departamento de Ciencias de la Educación 2008-01-10T17:52:22Z 2014-07-28T15:55:02Z 2008-01-10T17:52:22Z 2014-07-28T15:55:02Z 2006 2006 978-84-96394-64-3 http://hdl.handle.net/10259/37 10.36443/10259/37 Ante los problemas actuales de salud mental y trastornos alimentarios y con el propósito de aportar nuevos datos a la tarea de los educadores con una muestra representativa de 3389 adolescentes de Galicia (1º a 4º de E.S.O.), la investigación doctoral asume comprobar la incidencia de los trastornos objeto de estudio o el riesgo de padecerlos; analizar la prevalencia de alexitimia y los problemas de salud mental y comparar con otros estudios si los resultados conseguidos en los adolescentes gallegos presentan mayor o menor riesgo de incidencia de estos trastornos. Las principales conclusiones a las que llegamos, ponen de manifiesto que los problemas que percibimos de TCA cada día se adelantan a edades más tempranas (11-13 años, 1º de E.S.O.) y aumentan a medida que pasa el tiempo. Aunque las cifras no son todavía alarmantes, sin embargo resulta un poco preocupante esta evolución que percibimos. ________________________________ Taking into account the actual problems of mental health and feeding disorders and having in mind the aim of providing new data to the educationists on the spectrum of 3389 youth inquired from Galicia (from 1º to 4º, ESO) this master investigation means to prove the incidence that these disorders here studied or the risk of suffering them; to analyze the prevalence of alexithymia and the mental health problems and to compare them with other studies in order to determine if the results thus obtained from the youth in Galicia suggest either a bigger or smaller risk of incidence from these disorders. The main conclusions we arrive at, indicate that the problems detected about TCA appear at an earlier age nowadays (11 – 13 years, 1º ESO) and increase day after day.
