El modelo educativo Comunidades de Aprendizaje da respuesta a los principales desafíos del sistema educativo español, el fracaso escolar y la falta de cohesión social.
Las Comunidades de Aprendizaje se definen como un proyecto de transformación social y cultural de un centro educativo y su entorno, que basa sus actuaciones educativas en evidencias científicas, en el aprendizaje dialógico, y en la participación de las familias y la comunidad.
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado realiza un recorrido en profundidad por el proyecto Comunidades de Aprendizaje, presentando las bases teóricas y prácticas, y principales actuaciones, sobre las que se desarrolla esta propuesta educativa. Además, se recogen las experiencias educativas de dos centros de la provincia de Burgos. La primera de ellas describe el proceso de transformación del C.R.A. Rosa Chacel en Comunidad de Aprendizaje. Finalmente, se relata la trayectoria del Colegio Apóstol San Pablo, transformado en Comunidad de Aprendizaje desde el año 2005, y pionero en la Comunidad de Castilla y León.
The educational model Learning Communities responds to the main challenges of the Spanish education system, school failure and lack of social cohesion. The Learning Communities are defined as a project of social and cultural transformation of an educational center and its surroundings, which is based on educational actions on scientific evidence, in dialogical learning, and in the participation of families and the community. This Final Project carries out an in-depth tour of the Learning Communities project, presenting the theoretical and practical bases, and main actions, on which this educational proposal is developed. In addition, the educational experiences of two schools in the province of Burgos are collected. The first describes the transformation process of C.R.A. Rosa Chacel in Learning Community. Finally, the biography of the San Pablo Apostle, which was transformed into a Learning Community in 2005, and is pioneer in the Community of Castilla y León.
