<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">En este trabajo se pone a punto un método analítico para extraer y determinar colorantes alimentarios azoicos en vinos. La adición de colorantes alimentarios a los vinos no está permitida en la UE; la presencia de estos compuestos en un vino constituye un fraude. La extracción de E123, E124 y E129 en vinos con lana, basada en el método Arata, se optimiza utilizando el análisis de la varianza (ANOVA) y la metodología de diseño de experimentos. Posteriormente, se lleva a cabo el análisis cualitativo con cromatografía en capa fina (TLC). Asimismo, se aborda la determinación cuantitativa mediante espectrofotometría UV-Vis. y regresión por mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS).</dim:field>

Addition of food colorants to wines is not permitted in the EU; the presence of these compounds in a wine constitutes a fraud. The subsequent qualitative analysis with thin layer chromatography (TLC) is carried out. In addition, quantitative analysis by means of UV-Vis. spectrophotometry and partial least squares (PLS) regression is approached.</dim:field>
