El presente trabajo se enfoca en el uso de mapas e imágenes/fotografías como fuente de información de primera índole en el estudio de la Geografía y en menor medida en el de la Historia. Por ello este trabajo se enfoca en el trabajo hacia el uso de programas cartográficos digitales que permitan visualizar e interactuar con los mapas, así como en mostrar los diferentes repositos o bancos de fotos con las que estudiar la geografía sin que estén modificadas, es decir, mostrando la realidad del mundo. En la red hay múltiples herramientas con las que crear mapas, he elegido las que mayos enfoque didáctico en la geografía tienen.
