Los Nebreda son una familia de la élite local de Covarrubias de finales del siglo XV y del siglo XVI en cuyo seno destacan
los letrados que ejercieron su profesión en esta villa y fuera de ella.
Entre ellos resalta el Ldo. Pedro de Nebreda que culminó su carrera
como oidor de la Chancillería de Valladolid y cuyas relaciones familiares
se establecieron con otras familias de oidores ingresando así en
la nobleza media de Castilla.
The Nebreda family was part of the local elite of Covarrubias at the end of 15th century and the 16th century, standing out
the attorneys who practised their profession in and out that town.
Among them, Graduate Pedro de Nebreda stands out. He ended his
career as an oidor of the Chancery of Valladolid. He established family links with other oidors families, becoming a member in that way
the Middle Aristocracy of Castile.
