Los “montes de socios” son propiedades compartidas por
varios propietarios en común y proindiviso. Surgieron en el siglo XIX
y principios del XX, con la Desamortización. Han perdido funcionalidad.
Actualmente su gestión es difícil. Leyes recientes facilitarán
su administración y aprovechamiento.
