El bosque medieval en La Demanda

El artículo muestra, en un repaso histórico de la documentación,
los usos de los pastizales y agostaderos de La Demanda,
los alcances o soles por los montes y entrepanes, las dehesas de los
pueblos del entorno de la Sierra, las otoñadas de hobes y granas. Se
señalan, además, las cargas de leña extraídas de forma indebida y de -
nunciadas por los costieros, con multas y otros castigos, en los montes
vedados y en las dehesas. La faceta ambulatoria de la ganadería,
la socialización de los pastos, los derechos de aguada, los acuerdos y
normativas y la revisión de las mojoneras son también parte del trabajo.
También las representaciones anuales revestidas de un carácter
solemne, los libros de concordias municipales, las servidumbres y acotaciones
estacionales.
Trought a review of historical documents, this work
shows the singularities of forest harvesting management in the mountains
of La Demanda.
The way the pastures located in this mountains where used the deals
between municipalities for the use of them, know as “soles”, the location
of its meadows and the production of fruits from beech and oaks
obtained in this area. There are also related the amounts of firewood
stolen of the meadows and private forest, known through the relation
of economic or other kind of punishments applied by the rangers.
The trashumant condition of livestak, the pasture socialization, the
rights for use the water and other regulations, and the division of the
fields are part of this study. Also the annual representations coated with a solemn nature, the
municipal books containing concordats between neighbors, the easements
and the seasonal dimensions are included in these pages.
