El trabajo desarrollado consiste en la creación de la empresa, BURPONIA, SL.
La actividad por desarrollar se engloba dentro de la economía circular; y consiste en la obtención de tomates mediante el cultivo hidropónico y de la tilapia mediante acuicultura, en un circuito de recirculación consistente en filtrar los excrementos y restos de alimentos de los peces mediante decantación y por un proceso de nitrificación transformar el amonio generado en nitratos que servirán de abono para las plantas.
Desarrollamos nuestro proyecto empresarial estudiando tanto las necesidades a nivel técnico como económico. Realizaremos una estimación de la demanda y la situaremos en un área geográfico próximo a nuestra ubicación. Nuestros clientes serán principalmente los del sector de la Hostelería, restauración y mercados de abasto; ofreciéndoles productos catalogados como ecológicos y de bajo impacto medioambiental.
The work developed consists of the creation of the company, BURPONIA, SL.
The activity to be carried out is included in the circular economy, it consists in obtaining tomatoes through hydroponic cultivation and tilapia through aquaculture, in a recirculation circuit consisting of filtering the excrements and food debris of the fish by decantation and by a nitrification process transforms the generated ammonium into nitrates that will serve as fertilizer for plants.
We will develop our business project studying both technical and economic needs. We will make an estimate of the demand and place it in a geographic area close to our location. Our clients will be mainly those of the Hostelry and Restoration sector, offering them products classified as low environmental and organic impact.
