Propuesta de mejora de la productividad de la troqueladora plana automática ASAHI AP 2100

En el presente trabajo se va a estudiar la productividad de la troqueladora plana
automática Asahi AP 2100 en relación con las máquinas que están en su línea de
proceso, la impresora Göpfert y máquinas complementarias. El objetivo es obtener el
valor de 3000 m2
/ hora , actualmente el dato de productividad está en torno a los
2300/2400 m2
/ hora. La productividad se intentará mejorar a través de diversos
análisis, empezando por un análisis de productividad, seguido de análisis de los
tiempos de parada y tiempos improductivos, ya que, son un gran problema para la
productividad. Reduciendo estos tiempos de parada y tiempos improductivos se espera
conseguir un aumento significativo de la productividad.
In this study, the productivity of the Asahi AP 2100 automatic flat die cutter will be
examined in relation to the machines in its process line, the Göpfert printer and
complementary machines. The objective is to achieve a productivity rate of 3000
m2/hour, whereas the current productivity data stands around 2300/2400 m2/hour.
Productivity improvement will be pursued through various analyses, starting with a
productivity analysis, followed by an examination of downtime and unproductive
times, as they significantly affect productivity. By reducing these downtime and
unproductive times, a significant increase in productivity is expected.
