Martín Arribas, Juan José 2022-06 Hace años que los “chicos malos” del club europeo vulneran los valores fundamentales de la Unión Europea, mediante su corrupción, sus ataques a la independencia de sus jueces y de sus fiscales, a los medios de comunicación social y, por terminar, a colectivos sociales vulnerables, tales como los migrantes o el colectivo LGTBIQ+. Pues bien, en este trabajo se analizan los valores fundamentales del artículo 2 del TUE y los instrumentos políticos, jurisdiccionales y económicos que vienen utilizando las instituciones europeas con unos resultados y una eficacia bastante relativos ante hechos muchas veces ya consumados. For years, the "bad guys" of the European club have violated the fundamental values of the European Union, through their corruption, their attacks on the independence of its judges and prosecutors, the media and, finally, vulnerable social groups, such as migrants or the LGTBIQ+ collective.
