La movilidad transnacional en el Objetivo 10 de la Agenda 2030 Ibáñez Angulo, Mónica Agenda 2030 Migraciones y movilidad humana Inclusión social Human Migration and Mobility Social Inclusion En este artículo se analiza cómo la Agenda 2030 aborda la movilidad transnacional: la perspectiva macro del sistema-mundo global y de los flujos migratorios, la perspectiva conceptual en relación con la terminología utilizada y su significación, y la perspectiva micro en lo referente a la inclusión social y las relaciones con los lugares de origen. Como se muestra en el artículo, el discurso demasiado generalista de la Agenda 2030, su énfasis en la gestión (y control) de los flujos migratorios, y la falta de medidas concretas limita el alcance real que pudiera tener la Agenda 2030 en mejorar las condiciones de las personas inmigrantes y refugiadas. This article analyzes the ways in which the 2030 Agenda approaches transnational mobility and its contribution to sustainable development from three perspectives: the macro perspective of the global world-system and migratory flows, the conceptual perspective of the terminology used and its significance, and the micro perspective of the social inclusion of transnational migrants and their relationships with their places of origin.
