El presente TFG tiene como objeto el estudio de viabilidad y el proyecto de sustitución de una instalación de calefacción y Agua Corriente Sanitaria (ACS) mediante calderas individuales en 217 viviendas de un bloque de edificios de siete plantas, por una instalación de calefacción centralizada alimentada con biomasa y apoyada con captación solar para satisfacer las demandas de calefacción y ACS de todo el año.
The purpose of this Final Degree Project (FDP) is the viability study and the replacement project of a heating installation and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) using individual boilers in 217 homes of a seven-storey block of buildings, by a centralized heating installation fed with biomass and supported by solar capture to cover the demands of heating and DHW throughout the year.
