Conclusions: six weeks of CRE + HMB supplementation integrated with supervised multicomponent training enhanced mobility, metabolic efficiency, and selected physiological outcomes in physically active older adults. This strategy represents a safe, feasible, and practical approach to sustain functional independence and metabolic health with aging.
