Cuando se cumplen cuarenta años de vigencia de la Constitución Española de 1978, resulta imprescindible realizar una reflexión profunda sobre el gran debate que en la actualidad se genera, en discusiones sobre este tema, tanto en el ámbito social como en el institucional.
Este trabajo propone utilizar el cine como recurso didáctico por su gran influencia en el pensamiento y en la conducta humana, para fomentar el desarrollo del juicio crítico a través de una metodología interdisciplinar donde prime la adquisición y potenciación de los valores democráticos que la Carta Magna recoge.
Asimismo, se aborda este proyecto como proceso de reconstrucción del saber, a partir de los conocimientos previos del alumnado, tomando como elemento motivador una película que otorga un aprendizaje objetivo del pasado y del presente y que ofrece la posibilidad de enseñar a vivir de forma coherente, respetuosa y democrática, como propósito para construir un futuro mejor.
When the Spanish Constitution of 1978 is in force for forty years, it is essential to carry out a profound reflection on the great debate that is currently being generated, in discussions on this subject, both in the social and institutional spheres.
This work proposes using cinema as a didactic resource due to its great influence on human thought and behavior, to encourage the development of critical judgment through an interdisciplinary methodology where the acquisition and promotion of democratic values that the Magna Carta reflects.
Also, this project is addressed as a process of reconstruction of knowledge, based on previous knowledge of students, taking as a motivating element a film that provides an objective learning of the past and present and offers the possibility of teaching how to live coherently, respectful and democratic, as a purpose to build a better future.
