Este estudio efectúa una valoración de la situación de las migraciones, como fenómeno transnacional y permanente en la historia de la humanidad, el cual debe percibirse ahora en el entorno de la Agenda 2030 y con una mayor proyección de los Derechos Humanos de los migrantes.
