En última instancia, busca fomentar una reflexión sobre cómo abordar los retos de la IA con un enfoque ético que priorice el respeto por la dignidad y los derechos de cada individuo.
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the border controls of the European Union (EU) has sparked intense debate regarding its technological, ethical, and legal implications. This article explores how AI is being used in managing the EU's external borders, examining the ethical dilemmas, human rights, and legal and regulatory framework associated with its implementation. Ultimately, it aims to foster reflection on addressing the challenges of AI with an ethical approach that prioritizes respect for the dignity and rights of every individual.
