<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">El presente artículo expone el diseño, implementación y resultados de un programa de educación&#xd;
afectivo sexual para adolescentes trabajadores mineros bolivianos a partir de un análisis previo de actitudes, intereses y&#xd;
conocimientos sexuales de los participantes, en coordinación con trabajadores sociales, equipo pedagógico y familias&#xd;
del centro minero Yachay Mosoj de Potosí y bajo la colaboración con Cáritas Potosí, TDH Alemania y la Universidad de&#xd;
Burgos. La metodología empleada ha sido mixta, combinando técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, recurriendo al&#xd;
método etnográfico para analizar, describir y enfatizar las cuestiones descriptivas e interpretativas del ámbito&#xd;
sociocultural en cuestión. Se concluye que pese a que la Nueva Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de&#xd;
Bolivia (2009) obliga a centros educativos a ofrecer programas de educación sexual tanto en la educación pública como&#xd;
privada, estos no son llevados a cabo por profesionales expertos en ninguno de los centros educativos del&#xd;
departamento de Potosí, lo que genera un máximo desconocimiento en los adolescentes del área rural y urbana. La&#xd;
evaluación de los conocimientos adquiridos por los adolescentes gracias al programa de educación afectivo-sexual&#xd;
muestra grandes cambios en temas relacionados con violencia sexual, iniciación sexual, enamoramiento, coeducación,&#xd;
autoestima y resolución de conflictos sociales y personales, entre otros</dim:field>
<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="en">This article presents the results of a program of sexual affective education designed and&#xd;
implemented for Bolivian teenage mining workers based on a previous analysis of participants' attitudes, interests and sexual knowledge, in coordination with social workers, pedagogical team and families under the collaboration with&#xd;
Cáritas Potosí, TDH Germany and the University of Burgos, inside the mining center Yachay Mosoj of Potosí. The&#xd;
methodology used has been mixed, qualitative and quantitative. The ethnographic method has served to analyze,&#xd;
describe and emphasize the descriptive and interpretive issues of the sociocultural field in question. It is concluded&#xd;
that although the New Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (2009) obliges schools to offer sex&#xd;
education programs in both public and private education, these are not carried out by professionals or teachers in any&#xd;
of the educational centers of the department of Potosí, which generates a great ignorance in the adolescents of the&#xd;
rural and urban area. The evaluation of knowledge acquired by adolescents through the affective-sexual education&#xd;
program shows significant changes in issues related to sexual violence, sexual initiation, infatuation, coeducation, selfesteem and resolution of social and personal conflicts, among others.</dim:field>
