Prefabricado de cemento aligerado con residuos industriales de origen polimérico y fibra de vidrio, fabricado en forma de
adoquín para la elaboración de solados y otras unidades de obra similares en la edificación e ingeniería civil, con la composición
de cemento comercial; árido; residuo triturado procedente de techos de vehículos completos reciclados, compuesto por una matriz
polimérica y fibra de vidrio, que se incorpora reemplazándolo por árido en porcentajes que van del 20% al 60% en volumen,
respecto al peso del conglomerante o cemento; aditivos en una proporción del 0,8% respecto al peso del conglomerante y agua,
todo de cara a desarrollar soluciones de innovación eco-sostenible con la elaboración de adoquines prefabricados para su empleo en
la edificación e ingeniería civil.
The present invention relates to a lightweight cement prefab using industrial waste products of polymer origin and glass
fibre, manufactured in the shape of a paver for flooring and other similar construction units in building and civil engineering. The
cement prefab contains a commercial cement composition; aggregate; ground waste product from recycled entire vehicle roofs
consisting of a polymer matrix and glass fibre, which is incorporated by replacing it with aggregate in percentages ranging from
20% to 60% by volume, with respect to the weight of the binder or cement; additives in a proportion of 0.8% with respect to the
weight of the binder and water, in order to develop innovative and ecologically sustainable solutions by manufacturing prefab
pavers for use in building and civil engineering
