Las Actas de 1809-1810 reflejan la organización administrativa militar de Burgos en la Edad Moderna y las competencias de sus comisarios. Nos dan una idea aproximada del medio económico, los transportes, la sanidad y el contexto político y social cambiante. El modelo puede servir como referencia para el estudio de los modos de organización de otras comandancias de comienzos del siglo XIX. In this word we analyse the establishment of the model military created by Napoleón. The Actas of 1809-1810 reflect the administrative military organization and the competence of there comissary. It also gives us a rough idea of the economic environment, transport, health care in a changing social and political context.
