Esta acción se llevará a cabo en una hoja de cálculo de Excel en la trabajaremos con los datos obtenidos en ERP de la empresa. En esta se obtendrá el estado actual de la penalización frente al aviso al proveedor que ha cometido dicho fallo, y nos permitirá obtener la información abreviada para la elaboración de informes o la revisión de una forma rápida y eficaz. Una vez elaborada esta hoja de cálculo haremos una revisión de los distintos meses en los que hemos hecho este seguimiento y lo compararemos finalmente con el episodio anterior. Previamente se tratarán temas teóricos como la alineación de objetivos del departamento y la forma de llevar a cabo el seguimiento mediante OKR.
