<dc:title>El uso de la Inteligencia Artificial en el e-commerce</dc:title>

<dcterms:abstract>El presente trabajo muestra la evolución que ha sufrido la Inteligencia Artificial, como consecuencia,&#xd;
fundamentalmente, del desarrollo tecnológico. De esta evolución, surge la necesidad de explicar la&#xd;
importancia de la aplicación de esta en el e-commerce en la actualidad, pues ha transformado&#xd;
significativamente la forma en que operan las empresas y los consumidores online.&#xd;
Para poder avanzar en el conocimiento de esta cuestión, se plantea, desde el punto de vista de los&#xd;
consumidores, el análisis del impacto que conlleva el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial por las empresas&#xd;
de comercio electrónico, como objetivo de este trabajo. Tras esto, se lleva a cabo un estudio empírico&#xd;
basado en una encuesta dirigida a los consumidores online, considerando las variables principales&#xd;
objeto de estudio.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract>This work shows the evolution that Artificial Intelligence has undergone, mainly as a consequence of&#xd;
technological development. From this evolution arises the need to explain the importance of its&#xd;
application in e-commerce today, as it has significantly transformed the way in which companies and&#xd;
consumers operate online.&#xd;
In order to advance in the knowledge of this issue, the analysis of the impact of the use of Artificial&#xd;
Intelligence by e-commerce companies, from the consumers’ point of view, is proposed as the objective&#xd;
of this work. After this, an empirical study is carried out based on a survey addressed to online&#xd;
consumers, considering the main variables under study.</dcterms:abstract>
