El Trabajo de Fin de Grado sobre el que trata el presente documento tiene como objeto desarrollar un
plan de negocio sobre un centro de día. Actualmente, el fenómeno del envejecimiento de la población va
en aumento, por lo que se hace necesario dotar de servicios orientados a los mayores, en especial
aquellos que promueven y mejoran su salud y bienestar. De igual modo, al situar la empresa en Lerma,
se contribuye a frenar la tendencia de despoblación que se da en Burgos, posibilitando que los habitantes
de la comarca del Arlanza cuenten con un servicio de índole social que sirva como alternativa a la
residencia, y que no desvincule a los mayores de su entorno.
The purpose of the Final Degree Project discussed in this document is to develop a business plan for a
day centre. Nowadays, the phenomenon of population aging is increasing, making it necessary to provide
services aimed at the elderly, especially those that promote and improve their health and well-being.
Likewise, by locating the company in Lerma, it contributes to stopping the depopulation trend that occurs
in Burgos, making it possible for the inhabitants of the Arlanza region to have a social service that serves
as an alternative to residence, and that does not separate the elderly from their environment.
