The texts were created by Manuela del Caño Espinel from the traditional German legend El flautista de Hamelin, adapting the original narrative to obtain linguistically coherent stimuli with homogeneous duration, natural prosody and controlled lexical complexity. The narrated audio files constitute the experimental stimuli presented during fMRI acquisition, whereas the written document provides the transcription of all stimuli used during the experiment. The materials were developed for research involving children aged 7 to 17 years with neurological disorders and were designed to facilitate standardized auditory presentation across participants.
