Although this integration provides significant benefits, it also increases operational complexity and cybersecurity risks. This doctoral thesis develops and validates a unified framework for the generation of datasets in industrial CPS aimed at anomaly detection and industrial cybersecurity. To this end, a methodology is proposed that combines a hybrid and flexible experimental testbed based on real industrial technologies and digital twins, controlled fault and cyberattack injection, and the generation of hybrid ground truth through experimental planning.
