AB A simple one-pot protocol for the synthesis of fusedpyrrolopiperazines with a complete diastereoselectivity has beendeveloped. This novel methodology combined the Ugi reactionwith a spontaneous enamine alkylation on a multicomponentdomino reaction, starting from nonprotected diamines andarylglyoxals.
