dc.description.abstractLa parálisis cerebral infantil (PCI) es una de las principales discapacidades más comunes en el desarrollo infantil. Primera causa de discapacidad física importante en la infancia. La manifestaciones clínicas de esta enfermedad dependerán de la extensión y la localización de la lesión cerebral, así como de la capacidad del cerebro para adaptarse a ella. La PCI se clasifica en función de las manifestaciones clínicas del trastorno motor, las estructuras cerebrales comprometidas, el periodo en el cual se producen las lesiones y la gravedad de tipo de PCI. El abordaje de estos niños a menudo requiere de atención por un equipo multidisciplinar ya que estos niños tienen necesidades de atención médica compleja.es
dc.description.abstractCerebral palsy (CPI) is one of the most common major disabilities in child development. It causes significant physical disability in childhood. The clinical manifestations of this disease will depend on the extent and location of the brain injury, as well as the ability of the brain to adapt to it. PCI is classified according to the clinical manifestations of the motor disorder, the brain structures involved, the period in which the injuries occur, and the severity of the type of PCI. The approach of these children often requires attention by a multidisciplinary team since these children have complex medical care needs.en
dc.description.abstractLa paralisi cerebrale infantile (PCI) è una delle disabilità maggiori più comuni nello sviluppo del bambino. È la principale causa di disabilità fisica nell'infanzia. In questo capitolo abbiamo esaminato le manifestazioni cliniche di questa malattia che dipendono dall'estensione e dalla localizzazione della lesione cerebrale, nonché dalla capacità di adattamento del cervello. La classificazione è stata rivista in base alle manifestazioni cliniche del disturbo motorio, alle strutture cerebrali coinvolte e ai problemi associati a questa patologia infantile.it
dc.description.abstractDječja cerebralna paraliza (DCP) jedan je od najčešćih teških poremećaja u razvoju djeteta. To je vodeći uzrok teške tjelesne invalidnosti u djetinjstvu. U ovom poglavlju pregledali smo kliničke manifestacije ove bolesti koje ovise o opsegu i mjestu ozljede mozga, kao i o sposobnosti mozga da se na ozljedu prilagodi. Klasifikacija poremećaja prilagođena je kliničkim manifestacijama motoričkih poremećaja, zahvaćenosti moždanih struktura kao i drugim problemima povezanim s ovom dječjom patologijom.hr
