El presente trabajo de fin de grado va a consistir en un análisis de viabilidad de una empresa dedicada
al alquiler de vehículos eléctricos (carsharing) con opciones de tarifas de minutos, horas y días en la
ciudad de Bilbao y sus alrededores. La subida de los precios de los combustibles, las nuevas restricciones
de circulación en diferentes ciudades de España para cuidar el medio ambiente, así como todos los
gastos relacionados con la posesión de un vehículo propio o la compra de un nuevo vehículo, establecen
una situación favorable para desarrollar este negocio.
Estos supuestos constituyen el plan de producción, el estudio de mercado y el plan de marketing. El
estudio financiero se ha completado tras haber recopilado la información de estos planes y estudios
analizados. A partir de ello, se concluye que el proyecto es viable y que se obtendrán beneficios
considerando el riesgo asumido y la inversión inicial.
This end of degree project consists of a viability analysis of a company dedicated to renting electric
vehicles that offers many types of rates (minutes, hours and days). The viability study focuses on the city
of Bilbao and its surroundings. A lot of causes like the price increase, the new traffic restriction in the cities
to take care of the environment and the expenses that entails owning an own car or buying a new vehicle,
justify a favorable situation to carry out this project.
These causes lead to the production plan, the market study, and the marketing plan. The financial study
has been completed after the information from these plans and studies has been compiled. Finally, it has
been concluded that the project is viable and that benefits will be obtained after accepting the
responsibility of the risk and the initial investment.
