Resumen
The article discusses the jury system in Spain. It mentions that the Spanish Jury law provides a number of qualifications and disqualifications for serving as a juror. It also requires that the jury provides a reasoned verdict, which could cause problems for juries because about 50% of verdicts are poorly reasoned. It notes that many cases are tried by juries because the prosecutor and defense often agree to the charge and the sentence.
