dc.description.abstract | A practical and environmentally benign Brønsted acid−catalyzed protocol for the preparation of all-carbon tetrasubstituted allenes, consisting in the direct SNˈ addition of tri- or dimethoxy arenes or allyltrimethylsilane to tertiary propargylic alcohols, has been developed.
