La literatura actual china se encuentra profundamente influida por la
corriente Xungen y uno de los grandes temas tratados por Xungen es la
muerte. Esta corriente, proveniente del neo-historicismo literario chino, es
el contexto donde se enmarcan la mayoría de los grandes autores chinos
actuales como Mo Yan. En este artículo se trata de analizar la
corriente Xungen y un tema esencial dentro de ella: la muerte. De ahí que
este trabajo de investigación contenga dos partes: la primera, dedicada a
observar la literatura china reciente donde se enclava el autor, y una
segunda, donde se muestra el tema de la muerte, tan importante para Mo
Yan y los demás escritores Xungen. Se ha tomado la obra Sorgo rojo de Mo
Yan para examinar el tema de la muerte y de su simbología en la sociedad y
la cultura china.
The Xungen movement is the context where authors such as Mo Yan are
included. In this article, we analyze xungen movement. Also, we analyze
one of the most important issue: the death. This article contains two parts:
the first dedicate to analyze the recent Chinese Literature and the second
where the death is examined. Mo Yan´s Red Sorghumhas been taken to
show the simbols of Chinese society. Also, to display the symbols of
Chinese culture.
